Bio-Clean International Enters Into Letter of Intent to Acquire Clean Energy Company

Press Release Source: Bio-Clean International, Inc. On Tuesday November 3, 2009, 8:00 am EST

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - 11/03/09) - Bio-Clean International, Inc. (Pinksheets:BCLE - News) announced today that, through its newly established subsidiary, Bio-Clean Energy, Inc., it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire all of the capital stock of Nipatech  Inc., a California-based company and a sister company of NipaTech Energy, Inc. - Philippines, which is involved in the development of ethanol production facilities in the Philippines.

James E. Shipley, President of Bio-Clean International, stated, "We are excited about this new opportunity. It takes Bio-Clean into a new realm of eco-friendly business opportunities and we expect it to bring significant revenues to the company. In light of our outreach into this new business segment, our Board of Directors intends to change the name of the company to Global Planet Services, Inc. Effectiveness of the change of name will follow shareholder, governmental and regulatory approval of this action."

About Nipatech Energy:
Nipatech Energy, Inc., a corporation in the Philippines is currently a unit of Nipatech, Inc., a Nevada corporation. Nipatech Inc. holds  controlling interest in Nipatech
Energy, Inc., a Zamboanga, Philippines-based Corporation, which designs and manufactures specialized, ethanol production equipment and also utilizes it for its own production of ethanol for sale in the Philippines. Nipatech of California currently provides sales and marketing services under a license agreement with the Philippine-based Nipatech Energy Inc. Nipatech Inc., the California corporation being acquired by Bio-Clean Energy, will continue to do so when, following closing of the transaction, it becomes owned by Bio-Clean Energy Inc., the new subsidiary of Bio-Clean International.

The Nipatech method and equipment for ethanol production systems is unique in that it enables local farmers to process both finished goods and waste products into ethanol at a lower cost per unit than previously possible. The ethanol is then denatured with gasoline and sold to refineries, which use it to produce a gasoline-ethanol fuel similar to the E-85 fuel widely used in motor vehicles in the United States. In addition, such producing farmers involved in ethanol production may be entitled to special tax exemptions and rebates on all of their agricultural production. This unique approach creates community-based entrepreneurs and provides a low-cost, eco-friendly fuel, which, in turn, provides global environmental benefits

From a mere passionate idea of developing a low cost / low energy solution to the manufacturing process of fuel grade ethanol,  Nipatech Energy, is in its testing stage with the first production prototype. Named BEP1(for Bio-Ethanol Processor Model 1) the production of this processor is staged to change the way ethanol is manufactured from a large industrial complex operation to a small community based operation sold as a turn key.

Two offices in the cities of Zamboanga and General Santos have been established to facilitate the operation of the manufacturing plant at NEMFI and the model farm complex and training/test center in the Zamboanga Economic Zone (ZamboEcozone) in San Ramon, Zamboanga City.

Also One Year Arrangements are in place with sugarcane planters throughout Mindanao for the utilization of their existing sugarcane plantations as feedstock areas for ethanol production as well as the process waste sugars which represent a new profit center from what was once a waste stream.

NipaTech Energy in its quest to be counted as a major renewable energy resource in Asia will continue to move forward until this passionate idea will become a reality.
